Rohit Lal (an alumnus of IIT, KGP, and IIM, Kolkata) is a career banker for over 2 decades and has worked with leading organizations, in Leadership roles. He has worked with Citibank, ICICI Bank, FirstRand Bank, and Accenture across multiple functions and product lines. He has also led many transformational projects for leading BFSI companies as an independent consultant.

Rohit is passionate about creating a skilled workforce for the BFSI sector, which is poised for massive growth in the coming decades and faces a perpetual shortage of competent professionals.

Rohit is a Director in SkyllMe, which works with BFSI firms in the area of Skilling and Capability enhancement of Staff and Process Transformation Projects.
